Natallia Miranchuk, founder & CEO of Soula
From the Inside · a weekly letter

You were never meant to carry it all alone.

I'm Natallia — founder of Soula, doula, and twice a solo mom. Once a week I write about what women quietly carry, and the one thing that actually helps. No highlight reel. No performance. Just what I know to be true.

Why I'm building Soula

That's not weakness dressed up
as resilience — that's who we are.

Natallia with her two sons

I have a story, because I was there. Twice a solo mom, postpartum depression, carrying every responsibility and all the invisible emotional labour. I understood psychology, I had women who cared — and still I went through loneliness, panic attacks, and long nights of tears, while holding everything together.

And yet I saw something else, in myself and in every woman I've worked with: the ability to find light even in the hardest seasons. This is why we're building Soula — from female stories, from lived experience, from a deep understanding of a woman's cycles and nervous system, so every woman finds her light faster.

From the Inside · weekly

What women quietly carry — and what helps.

One letter a week, ~5 minutes, written by me. One real thing women carry, and one thing that actually helps. Not "just breathe."

"The week my second son was born, I learned that you can love someone with your whole body and still cry in the shower so no one hears. Nobody tells you both can be true at once. Here's what helped me stop fighting it…"

"Another inbox I'll never open?"One letter a week. If it's not for you, one click and you're out.
"Is this performative wellness?" No highlight reel — including the parts no one says out loud.
"Are you just selling me the app?" This is my writing, not a pitch. Soula grew out of these letters.
"Is this therapy?"I'm a doula and coach, not your therapist. This sits alongside care, never instead of it.

Twenty years walking alongside women. Now with technology that reaches millions.

Family homes led me to doula work, certified through DONA International, then to NGOs in maternity care, and to projects supported by UNICEF, UNFPA and WHO.

I went through postpartum depression myself and didn't recognise it for almost a year. In 2021 I moved to Cyprus with two boys and two suitcases. No one I knew, no backup plan. I pitched Soula 700 times — and I'd do it again, because I've seen women come alive when they're truly supported.

Mental health · Life cycles · The female nervous system

At 16 I was told I'd never have children. Twenty years without pharmaceuticals later — two sons, both home births. The body knows more than we think. First, we learn to listen.

Maternal health · The female village · Loneliness

67% of divorces happen in the first year after a child is born. 82% of new mothers feel overwhelmed and don't know who to trust. The crisis isn't information overload — it's the absence of a hand at 3am.

Questions

Things people ask me.

Soula is an emotional AI companion built for women — it connects how you feel with your hormonal cycle, life transitions and the rhythm of your days. Female-first, judgment-free, always on your side. Not a chatbot, not a therapist.
Yes. I speak on women's mental health, building female-founded startups, and emotional resilience. Write to ceo@soula.care with your event and dates.
My focus is Soula, so most of what I share now reaches women through the product. For coaching and doula context, the best place to start is the app itself.
No. I'm a doula and coach, not your therapist — and Soula is a companion, not treatment. It sits alongside the care you need, never instead of it.
